No Refunds/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective during production. Please make sure to take a proper opening video of the product package once received. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at lanacustomercare@gmail.com with opening video, details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or via call, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Product details and dispatch timings will be detailed in the respective pages which is considered to be accepted once the order is placed. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours from the time of order placement. You can send a mail to lanacustomercare@gmail.com mentioning the Order Id for cancellation. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
